Not as good as being there, obviously, but still enough for some serious entertainment. She does love to bounce in that device.

- I'm an English professor. I completed my PhD at Western in September 2004, and was hired at Memorial University of Newfoundland. This blog started out as my way of keeping in touch with people -- giving friends and family the option of checking up on me at their leisure without the annoyance of frequent lengthy mass emails. It still does that, but has also become my personal forum for airing whatever happens to be on my mind. You have been warned.

Jolly Jumpers are pure comedy gold. I loved to sit and laugh when my nieces were in it. The best part of it is when they start to get tired and don't want to bounce but they just can't stop with the bouncing because their little legs won't stop going and going and going and going. Adults are such cold unfeeling people to put babies in such contraptions...
