Wanted: one quantum shower

So sunday is my birthday, and I've decided what gift I most want: I want a shower that stops time. I made this decision this morning when, running late, I had one of those luxurious hot rejuvenating showers, the pleasure of which was denuded because I was painfully aware the entire time that I was running late.

Thus, I need a shower that stops time when I step into it. A shower that will let me take as much time as I want letting the hot water wake me up. And when I step out of the shower, it will be exactly the same time it was when I got in.

That's not too much to ask, is it?

Haha, my thoughts exactly.

Otherwise, yikes!

I so could have used that this morning. I have to remember next year that sleeping in is not an acceptable birthday gift to give yourself.

Happy birthday to you and me! :)

Happy Birthday! Lucas (roommate) and I think this is a perfectly reasonable request and would like to second it for ourselves.

Have an awesome day!

Happy Birthday, mate.

The thing is, time DOES slow down in the shower, only to catch up again when one pulls back the curtain and sees the clock. What seems like five minutes in showerspace (the s-dimension) is always fifteen in the outside world...which is why one ends up running late, trying to put on deodorant and eat marmite on toast at the same time (error results in re-showering and tooth-brushing).
